Following modified Civilian Marksmanship Program rules, this is a 41-shot match using CMP-authorized rifles or NRA match rifles. CMP authorized rifles include U.S. service rifles (AR-15, M-1A, M-1 Garand, M1903, etc.). Optics are allowed (max 4.5x, 24mm objective). Under the direction of a range safety officer, the course of fire is as follows:

• 10 standing/offhand (single load) in 10 minutes
• 10 rounds rapid fire seated in 60 seconds with mandatory magazine change
• 10 rounds rapid fire prone in 70 seconds with mandatory magazine change
• 11 rounds slow prone (single load) in 11 minutes

A 5-minute sighting period precedes the match.

All shooters MUST be qualified on the outdoor range.
