NRA Basic Pistol Classes – Newport Rifle Club

*** CLASS RUNS FROM 9:00 A.M. — 5:00 P.M.***

We begin with classroom instruction where we cover safe handling of firearms, pistol and ammunition knowledge, fundamentals of pistol shooting and safe storage and maintenance/cleaning of your firearms.  Then we go into the range where students can fire a .22 rifle with one-on-one instruction.  We begin with .22 caliber – easy to shoot especially for new or novice shooters.   We hold classes to  a maximum of 12 students – so sign up early to secure your spot!!

This Basic Rifle Class is very informative and is taught by very skilled instructors.  The cost is $125 which includes the NRA materials, use of our firearms, ammo, breakfast and delicious catered lunch.  If you have eye and ear protection please bring with you to the class.
