This is the annual cookout and meeting . Festivities start at 11 am and go to 2 pm. Members and their guest only. We will supply burgers and dogs and some refreshments. please feel free to bring your favorite dish to share. The far end of the outdoor range will be set up with various firearms to try. At 2pm we will clean up and prep for the annual meeting. All members are strongly encouraged to attend as we will be voting on board members. 68 people are needed to vote either by proxy or in person to reach a quorum. If you cannot attend you may appoint an attending member to cast your vote. Bob king will send out an email or post on the forum further details.
