The calendar below shows all upcoming NRC events including competitions, league matches, training sessions, club meetings, and special events. It updates automatically whenever the club schedules something new.

Recurring Club Events
The following events occur on a regular schedule throughout the year. Check the calendar above for exact dates and any schedule changes.
Ocean State Pistol League
When: Every Wednesday evening, mid-September through mid-March
What: .22 caliber pistol, National Match Course of fire. 11-club league — top 5 scores count per team.
Club Meeting
When: Monthly — check calendar for exact date
Where: Upstairs Range, 7:30 PM
What: General membership meeting. All members welcome.
Muzzleloader Match
When: Monthly — check calendar for exact date
What: Any muzzleloading rifle or pistol. Alternates between hunters' walks and formal target shoots.
Practical Pistol Match
When: Monthly — check calendar for exact date
What: Modified IDPA rules. Only opportunity at NRC to draw from a holster. Scored on accuracy, time, and safety.
RI High Power Rifle League
When: Monthly, May through October
What: 41-shot NRA High Power course at 200–300 yards. Matches rotate between area clubs.
Winter In-House League
When: 10 weeks, January through March
What: Shoot on your own schedule. Rimfire pistol, centerfire pistol, and rimfire rifle disciplines.
Rifles of the Snow
When: January — check calendar for exact date, 9:00–11:00 AM
What: 40-shot course, military bolt action rifles with iron sights as issued.
Battle of the Bulge Match
When: December — check calendar for exact date
What: Annual WWII commemorative rifle match. 31-shot course of fire, plus a bonus tank silhouette shot.
NRA Training Courses
When: Scheduled throughout the year — check calendar
What: Pistol, Rifle, RSO, Concealed Carry, and other courses. Contact David Balasco to schedule.
