The Newport Rifle Club holds monthly Sunday Service Rifle Matches on the 3rd  Sunday of the month during the fall and winter months.

This is a high power/center fire match where the participant uses a U.S. Service rifle.

Examples are U.S. Krag Rifle, Model 1917, Springfield 1903, M1 Garand, M1 Carbine, M1A, AR-15.

This month’s course of fire will be 10 shots at the NMLRA single bullseye target at 40 yards, offhand.

You must be qualified for muzzleloader in the outdoor range to participate.
