We will hold a cookout and Annual Meeting on June 17th.
The cookout begins at 12:00 Noon. All members and their invited guests are welcome. We will have a firing line available with one-on-one coaching.
The Annual Meeting begins at 3:00 PM. We will review the past year’s developments, discuss plans for the upcoming year, recognize member contributions and elect the 2023-2024 Executive Board.
If you can’t attend the meeting, please contact Bob King to fill out a voter proxy form to ensure a quorum for some of the issues that we’ll dscuss.
